Senate Bill 60 was introduced by state Senator John Schickel (R-11) on Wednesday.  SB 60 has not yet been assigned to a Senate committee:  http://www.lrc.ky.gov/record/14RS/SB60.htm

House Bill 151 was introduced by state Representative Reginald Meeks (D-42).  HB 151 has been assigned to the House Judiciary Committee but has not yet been scheduled for a hearing: http://www.lrc.ky.gov/record/14RS/HB151.htm

I think Ky has one of the strictest ccdw where is not lift to someone's options.
