Thanks to all of the AS Instructors, Senior Instructors, and Shoot Bosses that DrRichP and I had the opportunity to work with at different events since taking the Orange Hat from TriggerNick last October. 

It's been great to watch and learn from those further down the path.

Special Thanks to TriggerNick and Janir who worked closely with us (mentoring/guiding/directing/coaching) along our journey towards earning the Red Hat.

It's now my pleasure to pay it forward in helping to recruit new Orange Hats and to coach them towards achieving their Red Hats.

The journey continues...........
