9mm4545 once remarked it was his dream to see a designated Appleseed range in every county in Florida. Here in Tallahassee we live more than two hours to the nearest Appleseed events. We have a couple of Instructors and a couple of IITs living in Tallahassee. We have talked to the local ranges and scouted even up into Georgia, to recruit ranges for Appleseed, without luck.

If our ancestors could "pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor" could we do less? To that end we have purchased 20 acres of land with the purpose of becoming a designated Appleseed range. We are clearing land with chain saw and machete. We only have to move some dirt to make berms, and to select a name to complete our range.

Please post your suggestions for the range name.
