This is labor day weekend,
We have always had problems this weekend, too many people with traditions and prior Family commitments.
A month ago we had 3 pre-regs for this event they have since pulled out!
I recommend we cancell this one!

If there are no pre-regs a week before the event and the event occurs during a holiday, I tend to agree with you. Your call as the SB. Let me know your decision.

On an unrelated note, I have been watching the approach of  tropical storm Isaac with some concern for the event at Manatee although it looks OK according to this
morning's forecast with only a 20% chance of TSMs on Sunday. Let's hope that this forecast holds.

I will stay on it. I happen to know they predict12 hrs prior to the occurrence.
I have learned not to invest to many emotions until, the storm passes over the Mountains of Cuba! ..:..

I think it's a good call to cancel this event this time! ..:..
