Okay, this is definitely on!   First the venue and expo had to okay our indoor pellet line. Finally, yesterday afternoon we got the approval from the Las Vegas Metro Police.

Never have we had to jump through the hoops this way but MtnManPrepper kept at it until all was signed off.

We are having donated to us enough space at the 2012 Survival Expo and Gun Show in Las Vegas to hold our pellet line and have tables for our booth.  We will have two 45-minute segments on stage to tell our stories.

This event will be at Cashman Center August 31-September 2.  The address is:  850 Las Vegas Boulevard North in downtown Las Vegas.

Move in is Thursday August 30 from 2 PM to 9 PM. A few people to help here would be welcome. We have to assemble two pellet-line walls. We will bring everything from walls to signage to display rifles to pellets.  All we ask  that you bring is yourself and as many tri-folds as you can get your hands on. A handout event schedule for your state for shoots and LibrarySeeds is invaluable.

Expo hours, Friday through Sunday, run from 8 AM to 6 PM.

Move out is Monday 8 AM to 2 PM (we suspect they will let us move out after expo closing on Sunday).

We need staffing so I'm sending this out to all the surrounding states. If you are within several hundred miles of this location please be there.

It will take 5 full-time people hours to run the pellet line and registration booth.

Attendance is expected to be 80,000-100,000 people. We need to talk to as many of them as we can. There will be people there from all over the nation.

No matter what the event - our message stays the same. We bring an urgent message of hope to people that may have none. You'll be amazed at how thankful people are to hear our message. Twenty to twenty-five instructors full time is not too many to talk to people. We understand that some people cannot help all three days. Let us know what you can work. There is a parking fee of $4 per car per day so carpool!

These will be exhausting yet exhilarating days.

Start thinking about what you want to say because you will say it hundreds of times. These events really do a great job of training your instructors to be bold in promoting Appleseed.  We need people of all instructor levels.

Wear our polo shirt if you have it. We will bring a limited number with us.  If you don't have a polo, wear a fresh Appleseed shirt (meaning one not faded from years of being washed).  If you have a costume from the Revolutionary War era, wear it. Outfits get great attention.

If you can be there, please PM us. If there's someone in each state that wants to coordinate their instructors and report those numbers to us, that's fine, too.

These events are great fun!

Looking forward to seeing you there.
