I always have to weigh the value of starting a new thread, but I believe a new Shoot Boss is worth the ink.

Triggernick has completed his training to SB an event anywhere in the USA, and I am damn proud of his achievements.

His 3rd SBIT was with me and he ran the whole sha-bang from start to finish.  He gave Great benedictions.  This was the WWP event which would have any SB scrambling to make it work.  So many special events to fit in and still do the POI.  Was it perfect?  No Way.  Could any one of us do it better?  NO WAY. The AAR's always tell the story.
