Be it known that FLawyer has earned the right to be called an Appleseed Instructor and has been issued a shiny brand new Red Hat that he can begin breaking in properly. Glenn jumped though his final hoop at the Bunnell shoot on May 20 and will be rewarded with bigger and harder jobs as a result of his promotion. Well done, sir, and congratulations!

A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to the mind.
