Patriot Gal has been acting as Assistant SC since I was made Interim SC for IL. Until now it has been in an unofficial capacity. In case anyone was unaware of this, I want to make it very clear that she now occupies that position officially. She has been an exceptional asset in this role because of her knowledge of the state, its instructors, her hard work, and her dedication to Appleseed. It is to her credit that Appleseed in IL has seen an unprecedented expansion in venues and instructors. Because of her, the future for us looks very bright indeed. Thank you Patriot Gal.  O0
