Another outstanding Appleseed in Virginia.
Saturday started out a little chilly, but warmed up nicely and Sunday was about perfect.

We had a great group that produced six riflemen - five of them new riflemen.
Everybody - without exception - improved in marksmanship and learned some history along the way.
Our favorite Dangerous Cook gave a stirring rendition of the events of April 19.
It was a pleasure for all the instructors to spend a fine weekend with good people.

I had a great time at my first appleseed there this weekend. Thanks, BD and everyone else for a great weekend. I'll be back for sure, and I'll bring more friends.

note - when planning to camp in temperatures below 30, don't forget your coat! :slap:

Sounds like a great AS. Awesome effort guys and gals. Congrats Dangerous Cook on another progress point. Sorely miss being there. Pun intended. :wb:
