Gun Show at Volusia County Florida,

Weather, mostly sunny, a cool mid 50's to mid 70's wind in the 10-15 MPH, gusting to 20.
Grand Weather to spend the Day in.

Table was under a Pop-Up Canopy. Contained on top. Rifle M1, Rifle Ruger 10/22 LTR, less sling Sunday only Cobb MCR-300 (AR Clone in 30.06). Trifolds, list of shoots for the next six months in Florida , and copies of Flyer's Borrowed from Appleseed web site.
in Front of table 2-3 foam poster boards with various Appleseed related Pictures and Targets.

Nice Crowd, many took Trifolds and other copied material, had 23 names and E-Mail addresses Given. Found If you asked most people will give email addy, If You tell them it is just for Appleseed use only. But You Have to ask!

Bad: outside, breezy, wind wanted to take Pop-up for a ride, Pavement kept us from using tent pegs, used concrete blocks as hold downs, but sand bags would have done just as well.

Good: Being outside made for a larger area in which to talk in front of table, (less crowded aislesways to block),

Thank you TomM1Thumb for taking the horns of this particular bull and stepping up. Great job! Next weekend (Dec. 10-11) there will be another gun show Appleseed promotion at Eustis, FL. Volunteers to help man the booth are requested. I will be there and would love to have company to help spread the word. This time we will be inside, or so I am told. Come out and do something for Lady Liberty--and spend the weekend at a gun show. What's not to like?
