I'd like to just point out that the cooking time from start to finish to get the bird done is exactly how long it took to Seventh Step with a young lady who was home from JobCorps.  :) (Helps when you have a little range out back of course).

Now to get her to an Indiana Appleseed will take coordination....hum....

Hope all you Illinois Instructors had a wonderful Thanksgiving.  We were down in Texas with family and didn't roll back in until last night.

I trust all the sleepiness from all that turkey has worn off by now so you're alert and back off the couch!!!!!   >:D >:D
