All,

2012 is rolling up on us and the loose strings of 2011 have us all tied up and distracted.  It would be great if we can get together on the phone soon and get squared away all the stuff from this year and begin looking at numbers and such for next year.

There is much to do.  The first of which is for me to announce that I have an RCIT who has accepted the task of learning the ropes of RC and, in time, replacing me in the RC position.  The most important reason for this is to give you all a better details person who is not distracted by so many other things that your needs are dealt with much more quickly and accurately.

But that is only one of many things.  There is doubling, and resolution on a few drama points/people, and planning for cross pollination, and especially there is hearing from each of you what you need most quickly, and what you need down the road.

Let me know what nights of the week tend to work best for all of you, and also let me know if there are things that need done IMMEDIATELY so we can get them done even before the conference call.

Most nights are good for me.  Only one is a no-go so far - Monday, 12/5 - will be at a club speaking to a Board about hosting Appleseeds in 2012.

I just wanted to make sure you don't keep all those great idea's you have for 2012 to yourself YHJ.

YES techres should be included in your planning he is RC and an SB in your state. If he was in WI he would be included in all our planning  O0 .  This wouldn't be any fun if I got to do it all myself  ;) .
