Lanny Bassham is a Distinguished Service Rifle shooter, Olympic Silver Medalist, Olympic Gold Medalist, multiple World Champion in Large and small bore, successful Olympic Coach and the founder of Mental Management Systems. The article below was written by his daughter Heather and gives some good advice that comes from growing up in a house with an Olympic Champion.

Indeed it is good Spartan. I have the book and the audiobook. I also have "Freedom Flight" and Troy's new book "Attainment" in audiobook format so that I can listen to them on the mp3 player and in the car.
