This is from a ADAAA CEU I attended yesterday.  When faced with mud, soft ground, sand, &c. ground, get some of the Red (colored) Wood or heavy plastic Snow Fence to deploy over these areas.  It provides a good walkway for disabled folks using scooters and wheelchairs* a for those on foot as well.
                   * The larger scooters and power chairs may need a double layer to accomodate the weight.

A great idea.  Thanks for sharing Tom!  BTW, how's the new van?
For Liberty, each Freeman Strives
As its a Gift of God
And for it willing yield their Lives
And Seal it with their Blood

Thrice happy they who thus resign
Into the peacefull Grave
Much better there, in Death Confin'd
Than a Surviving Slave

Than live as Slaves to You"

It's a cheap and easy work around.  The simplicity of it, and the "who da thunk?" beauty was inspiring.

The new van is great, and being free after being basically house bound for 8 months is wondrous.  Along the way the ramp deploy remotes were disappeared so I'm looking for a TechTronics Power Touch Jr. 814 2 button remote, see attachment for description.

Added 5/1/12: found a separate rf remote relay, another relay, a fuse and wired to a 'hot spot'- Let there be remote ramp deploy! Cost less than $20 to boot.  Tom

North Country Lady

Two pieces of plywood allowed me to shoot and move from the firing line to the equipment line with my wheelchair.

The Old Guide

North Country Lady used her aluminum folding ramp today at the Columbia, Maine Appleseed. It poured rain during the night and the firing line was soft. The ramp let her back away from the firing line safely and efficiently.
Our history is not a list of dates and places. It is a dynamic adventure of freedom and individual courage.
