Welcome to the new IITs from around the state this past weekend!! O0 ^:)^

Finn, Andy, BlueMagRT, JR. from the Waterman shoot and John from the Bonfield Clinton shoot. ^:)^

Congrats to our new Red Hats, 2 Clicks Low and Ewald!!!!! O0 O0 :bow: :bow:  Well done!!

Congrats further to our IIT promotions, Karl to IIT3 and HBAR to IIT1!!!  Well done and keep up the good work.  The best is yet to come!!! :cool2:

What a great weekend. Three shoots and all these new instructors and advancements of present instructors. Congratulations to all. IL is on the move.  ^:)^  :~
