I posted this last year, but I think that it's a valuable read.

Troy Basham is the son of Olympic Rifle Champion Lanny Basham. Troy is a multiple National Champion in his own right as well. Let me know what you think of articles like this. I have others that I can link to as well.

I think it is great stuff and should be recommended reading for instructors and IITs.  It is helpfull for our further education, just like the articles on reading the wind that you have on here as well.  Thanks for posting.
