We need volunteers in sales, marketing, PR, IT, and general "running of an organization."
Maximize your Appleseed energy to make this program grow, and help fill the empty spots
on the firing line!  An hour of time spent at this level can have the impact of ten or a
hundred hours on the firing line.  Want to help? Send a PM to Monkey!

Another Hinckley Appleseed in the record books, and did we ever have fun. Weather for both days was a pleasant summer warm with few clouds and mostly sunny.  Threats of rain vanished...however the distant thunder punctuated Brassbuckets strike like the cannon from Lord Percy's artillery on Lexington. Many thanks to shooters and instructors that showed up and knew what they were about.
On Sat. J., Howard, Nygren family (David,Ryan, Molly,Barb,Don) Doug and Sheridan (repeat AS'ers) Jim, Stephanie braved the instruction referred to as "drinking from the firehose" from instuctors Aftermath, Brad76, AdamT, Brassbucket, and Sparks1 (aka "the male model"   **) **) **)) and learned about marksmanship and heritage.

Well Done, well done , INDEED. fellow Appleseeders. You persevered through the day to hone your skills as riflemen/women.

Sunday brought back the same crew and a few others...Andy, Garrett, Brian, and Kelli (with an i... Sparks1 ( my apologies) ), for more instruction and polishing previous skills.
Brian earned his Riflemans badge on his first day at an Appleseed!!!!!
Not wanting to single out anyone here specifically for praise...ALL shooters did fantastic. Now take that experience and practice, practice, practice. Along with that, teach someone what you learned at Appleseed. AND...at your NEXT Appleseed>>>bring a friend/family member. Honor those founders who sacrificed for you and I.

Photos to follow....

Did I mention Brassbucket earned her well deserved REDHAT ? ^:)^ ^:)^ ^:)^ ^:)^ ^:)^ ^:)^  Just wearing that silk lined hat will make you cooler under all the added pressure.
CONGRATULATIONS, BB.

BTW...remember to HYDRATE. Sparks1 is home today because he did not follow that rule.  :slap: :slap: :slap:
