This is worth a listen even just to hear the djs' (plural) reaction.  I had no idea.  They have already signed up, since the call, for the Manhattan AS next week. 

This station is based in Jersey City, but has a Metropolitan listenership in the NYC area.  Most of their listeners are out of the area, on the internet.  WFMU.org

Oops.  I also forgot to represent that great commonwealth by emulating my good friend Frank and carrying open while being interviewed by the media.  But then again, we don't have that privilege in NY state.

Great job kDan! I thought I had the wrong show at first. At 1:25 they were talking about basketball but then Dan pops in to bring them back to reality.

Kdan only you could have presented that much Info on a call-in radio show without getting cutoff. I mean that sincerely and in a positive sense. You have a way with people that sucks them in makes them feel right at home... Hats off to ya Brother!

cheers Chris.  Listening to it afterwards, I was surprised at my follow through.  Guess I can do it in my sleep (and I do).

The hosts (both) of the show, plus Bronwyn's husband, and several listeners have signed up for the event.  On top of that, I've been invited to the station to be interviewed during the show Tuesday after the event.  Gotta remember to comb my hair.  I'll post here if it happens.

WFMU listeners are signed up!  Here we go...  I've been long awaiting this one... stay tuned for...  the HIPSTERSEED!

We're gonna rent a bus from Manhattan to Calverton brother I'm telling ya.  Gonna need a couple dozen more loaners.  Pass the hat.
