Hello again all,

Effective July 1, I'll be returning to my role of A.AS Team Leader.  My grateful thanks to Unbridled Liberty for stepping up to take the helm for a bit.  The journey from the original announcement to this point has been fun- in a do it yourself root canal kind of way.

Just after Memorial Day the insurance company and I determined and reached a real and fair value for my van, which was totaled in Jan. Now all I have to do is find a replacement van. Along the way I managed to get myself into a double blind study of Idebinone for treatment in Primary Progressive MS (PPMS), being run out of the National Institute of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, MD.
Shameless plug: If anyone reading this post has PPMS and is interested in joining in, please PM me.  PPMS represents about 1/2% of the MS population, so here's a chance to possibly help someone.

For all of our adaptive air travelers, the Paralyzed Veterans of America and other Veteran Groups helped get some TSA screening modifications through Congress, and President Obama made it Public Law officially.  The bill was in response to folks that have been deployed and returned with new parts.  I'll post more about this later, but so far the pre-notice of flights to the TSA site has resolved some grief normally encountered.

Coming down the pike will be a couple of articles for low tech, low drag, nontaxable improvements for DARs for hot and cold weather.  Yeah I mentioned this last year, but no wheels has forced me to catch up on a lot of things.

I would like to ask a bit of 'room' in posts, errors, &c., as I still have a lot to catch up on.

UB, your watch is relieved July 1.  Thank you!

Tom
