The Illinois Appleseed at Bloomington was, I thought, very successful.  I think you woke up some sleeping Americans there.  We had several from the northern third of the state (the occupied territories near Chicago) which is where the people need the most waking up).

I did a write up of the event in the Champaign-Urbana News Gazette the following Thursday, with the headline "Drinking from the fire hose".  I tried to post it here, but I'm not good at posting and it didn't come through.

But I'm learning.  I will persist.  And after The Guy gets through with me, I'll earn my Rifleman patch.  My goal is to become an RWVA Red Hat.

Keep teaching the program.  America needs it.

Thanks John. I am trying to set up a shoot even closer to the occupied territories of Northern Illinois. I'll let you know if we can make it happen.

Did we get the signs back?

Or will there be another "hall of shame" article?

TheEditor

No signs yet.  Ron D. said he would go get them, but he's waiting for his truck to come back from a repair, so he can make just one trip over there.  After the verbal beating we took at that other person's house, I don't blame him for only wanting to go once!.

Did you all hear?

There is a second!, a second, already!

And it is just under the shadow of DaileyDom, otherwise known as that great cancer on our otherwise decent state, Chicago.

Announcement soon!

Spread the word, one heck of a chance to prove that dryfire practice after an Appleseed PAYS OFF!!!

See you there!
