 We had a lady on the line at our DFW Quail Creek Ladyseed on May 28-29th. She wrote this fantastic article about her weekend. She also works for Cheaper Than Dirt!!  :--- :--- :---

Awesome!  CTD has been pushing Appleseed for the past few weeks, but I wasn't sure which event they were hitting.  It's always a good thing when a site with such a following gets involved.  From what I've seen, they've generated a LOT of interest in Appleseed via their Blog and Facebook postings re: Appleseed.
Your version of "ineffective" does not necessarily reflect the truth....
Having been "ineffectively" taught to the Rifleman Standard and having been "ineffectively" taught to teach others to the Rifleman Standard, I believe I prefer the "ineffective" over the other choice.

Hawkhavn spent time with the CTD people at the NRA convention last month.  They had promoted us before, so they were a special partner that we wanted to get back in partnership with.  I am very glad to see that something is happening.

doubleLL, I will send HH your way and see if there is any more he can do to help make all the different contacts (especially yours) are in commo with each other for the biggest possible outcome.  Thanks TX, you all rock!

I had a great time shooting at the Quail Creek shoot on Memorial weekend! 

I'm also looking forward to coming out for another one - maybe when it cools down a bit though!  I think Texas is in for a hotter summer this year than we've had recently, and that just plays havoc with my shooting.  It was nice to be able to pick up a rifle again since lately I've only been shooting pistols.

Thanks again to all the instructors for making this shoot a great experience for me and the rest of the DIVA WOW group! :)
