I offered the Ohio State Coordinator position to Ratchett and she thankfully accepted.

I'm sure everyone that has ever worked with Julia... or met her... or just talked to her, no matter how briefly... will agree with me that there is no one more suited for the job.  I am so excited to see the successful places Ohio will go with her help. 

Thank you, Julia, for taking on this important task and for being the loving, responsible, and skilled Appleseed Instructor you are.

Let me add my welcome to the challenge of State Coordinator.  Mean Streaker set a high bar and I know all of us will do our best to help you meet his high standards.

Let us return now to yesteryear...May 2010, Athens AS, the first person to offer me help on the line - Ratchett. Shot a 203 on the AQT that day....Never did get around to thanking you.
Go forward to 12 September 2010... Last AQT of that Sunday (still at Athens)...been frustrated all day with 198, 201, 199...Redcoat target over, Benediction over, Ratchett steps up, has something to say..and SHE, my buddy, presents me with my Rifleman Patch!
I have already learned much from you, and have much more to learn.
I'm here to help.
Congratulations to OHIO, We have had the best with MeanStreaker and our standards did NOT lower. Thanks for stepping forward, Julia.
