WI 2nd annual meeting minutes:

*As I am typing this up I noticed Crash was tasked to a lot of jobs...I guess thats what you get for sitting by me  ::)

Appleseed in WI:
Hubertus:
Every month/every 3rd Saturday
➢   Are 10 one day Appleseeds better than 3 two day Appleseeds?
➢   With a one day, split the line for more advanced/AQT grind?
➢   Should some of them be changed to Sunday?

Lodi:
April 16-17 Range F
July 23-24 Range C
Oct 8-9 Range C
Other possible dates:
June 11-12
Sept 3-4
Sept 10-11
Nov 5-6
Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar open-Have winterseeds there?

Racine:
Feb 26-27

*General idea of where people are going for April, at least have people who will focus on that area for promotion, so we know every AS is getting covered.

Promotions:
People who will help Trisha out with internet promtions:

Gun Shows:
Waukesha Jan 14-15-16, who will help out?
D-fly, Deacon, OG, ahhshoot?

Deer/Turkey Expo:
Get thread started on WI board-Deacon?
Need many people to man the table
    Deacon has list
Big promo before April-possible 120,000 people will go through there
Need to get banner from IL after their expo
Put on gunshow map-Trisha

Sports show in Milwaukee:
Make thread-Deacon?
Get people to man the table

Radio:
Find radio stations that would be interested in interviews with RHs possible before April
Colycat will work on James T Harris for WTMJ
One in Riverfalls? Martin
Radio Tradio-lilKilogulf will work on this.

Boy Scouts:
Hubertus-ChrisZ
Ladyvetch?
Reckless?
Would it be possible for the scouts to come to an AS and then use a separate range on Sunday for them to get their badge?

Homeschool:
Ladyvetch-T-bone will contact

Newspapers:
Make a thread with all newspaper contacts and general pictures
    Possible pics could be children and their youth patch, women, families, groups shots
Smaller probably better
Send in pictures with a caption and ask them to print it.
Maybe get some articles about AS in paper before and after April

Gun websites:
Ex. Inguns(from Indiana), AS is a sponsor so they are able to have their own AS section, we'll look in to this
Possible large websites
    AR15.com-Crash will check it out

Flyers:
Get them up in gun shops
Get gun shop owners to go
WI insert for flyers-Crash

What does Deacon need from us?
Need all new agreement forms for all clubs, new ones every year

*Went through WI history

*Mogget talked and answered questions about what is happening nationally.

*5yr anniversary will probably take place in the fall. Have special things for that.

What is a Senior instructor all about?

Quality control
Does SBIT
SB orphaned shoots

Make sure all shoots are uniformed! No islands in the country/WI doing their own thing

Have a military family AS?

Possible IMC handout with Appleseed info for sight in weekend?

Have a table at ranges during sight in weekends?

I received the signed Host Application Forms for Gordon 9/10-9/11 today. Who/where can I send/PDF them to so we can get onthe schedule? Thanks.

There will be no range fees for Suamico in 2011.  The proposed April and August shoots are confirmed.
