Hey all,

It's time for another December shoot at Black Creek. This one may or may not be cold, rainy or snowy. But it will have a group of Scouts that we are trying to come up with LTR's for. If you're in VA and you can help with the loan of an LTR or you're an instructor that can help on the line, we would appreciate the extra hands. It would be good to get as many of the Virginia Instructor Crew as we can for this shoot. Having done a couple of other shoots with Scouts this year I can attest that it can be a challenge. But I can also assure you that it is worth it.

It should be another one to remember.

Old Dog

I'll try to be there early enough Sunday morning to help with the field stripping/cleaning classes (like the last one).  Not sure how long I can stay.

How many folks are scheduled each day?  I saw it was sold out.  That's about 35 people isn't it?
"The rifle itself has no moral stature, since it has no will of its own. Naturally, it may be used by evil men for evil purposes, but there are more good men than evil, and while the latter cannot be persuaded to the path of righteousness by propaganda, they can certainly be corrected by good men with rifles."

Looks like we have 36 or 37 signed up. We also have a waiting list of sorts.

It will be good to see you Old Dog.

I'm trying to rework my work schedule. If successful, and I can be there for at least full day, I'll show up. I likely won't know til the last minute... BeSwift
