On Sept 12, 2010, in front of 300 people... including 50 of this country's top Instructors from around the country - TX, ID, WA, DE, and the entire midwest....

I was privileged to hear one of the most thoughtful and passionate recounts yet of Concord and the North Bridge.





Some of you have seen me shed a tear at an Appleseed.  

I've never wept like I did in Waterman while Guy was presenting a well-earned Red Hat to

Well, I wish I had been there to hear that Second Strike, one day I will meet you on the Appleseed trail or I will quietly listen from the back of the room. Thanks for earning that Red Hat, and sharing your knowledge and talents with our country's future leaders and riflemen and women.

NOW I AM CRYING!!!!!!!  You guys are so sweet!  Thank you all SOOOOOOOO very much...I am so honored.  Thank you, Guy, for the AMAZING opportunity to tell our great heritage at such a historic event as Waterman 300.  When you first asked me I was ready to kill you... ;D...but thank you so much. 

Thank you, Guy, MeanStreaker, Dinky, Slim, Posterboy, DryFire, and all the other amazing Ohio red hats who have been such super role models for me.  Thank you, Dad, for taking me to my first Appleseed (against my will  ;D) and getting me hooked into this fabulous program.  Thanks, Western Rose, for all your help as I was cramming!   :D  Thank you all for your kind congratulations.  I am so proud to be in this program.

Nicely done Ishy!  I saw what you did during my first shoot in July with some of the younger guys on the line; you really made their shoot a great one.  And you did an excellent "Dangerous Old Men" talk, too.  If those are indicative if your skills and abilities, you clearly both have worked for and are ready for this.  Congrats! ..:..
