We have lost the shoot boss for the Payson event coming up in September, and there is only 1 IIT(3), me, signed up for the event. It's up in the cooler climate (avg temps 50F & 85F), so don't be afraid of the heat! I have access to the shoot boss package and will bring it with me. I'll even develop the COF, make hotel reservations, etc. - it doesn't get any easier than this!

If there is anyone willing to help out, please let me know by 9/8 - we need to be able to assure the range that the event will go forward, or remove it from the schedule by that time. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

PS - were are in the same boat for the October 16-17 Buckeye shoot as well...

I'm not going to be of any help to you; I'm not even an instructor, let alone a shoot boss. I just wanted to say good job to you for stepping up and agreeing to work this shoot, for tracking down shoot bosses, developing COFs, making hotel reservations, etc. Thanks for your dedication and hard work! I hope it all works out for ya.

I posted the available shoots in the SI board to give them a chance at some travel.  If nothing comes of it by Friday, I will post in the instructor schedule.  If all else fails, I will go the Payson, although 3 AS's in a row it a bit much for me.

We will get you covered and thanks for stepping up.

"These are the times that try men's souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly: it is dearness only that gives everything its value."   T Paine
