Did my first Appleseed last weekend in Burlington Flats, Peoples Republik of New Yawk. Did not earn my Rifleman patch because of ammo problems . .  could not get through an AQT without a couple  of Failure to Feeds (FTF) or misfires (Remington Golden Bullets), seems everyone there knew about problems with Remington except me . . .

I am going to be visiting my Brother in Contoocook next week so I thought I would register for Sunday and try to earn my patch. AND bring my brother along so he can see what its all about . .

Sound off all who are going! And who are the RWVA IITs, Instructors and Shoot Boss??

Smithy (Tony) is Shoot Boss, with yours truly and Freestater as instructors.  Buckskin and Tom are handling shoot admin.

The range has real grass to shoot on!  Easy on the elbows.  There is shade in mornings and afternoons, too.  Bring bug repellent, though.

If Dave makes his chili, we're in for a treat.

Tony is an engineer, so if you don't mind an efficient shoot with LOTS of lead down range, come on down!

Walt and his daughter Shelby, who both shot Rifleman already, are making a return visit, with several friends this time.  Only two more loaners are left.

I just checked the registration numbers and so far there are only 2 registered (3 counting me on Sunday). Maybe it's that $10 range fee  !@#). . not happy about it but I do want to get my Brother there as an observer for Sunday . .

I used to live in NH . .  I KNOW there are a lot of Patriots there! Join Up and Center Up, People!!
