Proctor location

Quick question; when I check google, the Proctor Fish & Game club comes up with a bunch of different locations. Which one is correct, and is it north or south of town center? I'm just trying to figure out the nearest motel.

Directions to the PF&G Club range:

Range:  Proctor Fish and Game Club, Proctor, VT

Address:  2337 VT Route 3, Proctor, VT 05765

Directions:

1.5 miles north of Proctor Village on the east side of VT. Rt. 3

2.5 miles south of the VT. Rt.3 & US Rt.7 jct. (Pittsford)

6.5 miles north of the VT Rt.3 & Bus. Rt.4 jct (Center Rutland)

GPS: coordinates N 43.40.451  W 73.01.358

I will have signs up at the junction of Rt.3 & Bus. Rt. 4 and junction of Rt.3 and Rt.7.
Also signs from those points to the range as needed and a big sign at the range entrance.
