Riding the Trusty Triumph assures me of instant recognition at the range in Ramseur, North Carolina :)

For those that don't know, Fred doesn't change on home territory, he makes you work, think and proud to be an American &)

All those in attendance were wonderful people, sharing tales, rifles, ammunition and hospitality. O0
... to catch the fire in another American for sharing the skills and our heritage to our posterity. Maybe my perfect shots will be made by those I met along the trials and trails of Appleseed. I know that America is a nation of Riflemen.

Earl, thanks for starting this and posting the photos.

It was a couple of long days of instruction, discussions, a little humor, and shooting.  Sitting there with everyone really gives you a sense that maybe not all is lost if we work smart.

The SB clinic showed me what I was missing in my POI so was well worth the time and effort.  Thanks to Stimey, jmdavis and Fred for seeing that we got what we needed to be better shoot bosses.

Fred led the LR component instruction.  We should all be ready to teach it to other instructors.  Expect to see some changes to the Shoot Boss Manual.

Texas was well represented.  It was even until Stimey and TxPirate arrived.  After that we had them surrounded.

Enjoyed getting to know everyone.

A veteran is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America ' for an amount of 'up to and including my life.' That is Honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it.'

It really was a worthwhile weekend. I think that a lot of good will come from the work that we did. Heck, I even got to put a few HXP rounds downrange late Sunday.
