Hi, everyone.  A quick question.  Why do some states have a "post new topic" box and other states do not?  The reason is:  I wanted to post my thoughts on the Missouri sites but it does not have a new topic box.  Illinois does so, that's why I'm asking on this site.  I wanted to post my comments on the Osage Beach Appleseed event over the weekend.  Best, Mathias.

That I have no idea ++). Bill3 would be the man to ask. I have seen that on some boards to keep chit chat down, but I wouldn't think that would be an issue with our good freinds in MO
