How are we looking for New Lisbon? We should have nice weather and three kilogulf's attending...

I have an idea...there's a forum for SE Wisconsin. It's mainly buy/sell/trade but does have an events board. I'll join and post about AS and the New Lisbon shoot...we'll see.

I will be there!

I tried to convince a co-worker or two to come along, but they decided they'd rather go turkey hunting this weekend.......

People can come to just watch and not shoot, correct? My wife may want to come, but she can't shoot since she had surgery recently and can't currently do any of the shooting positions since she's still healing. But, she would like to see what the program is all about and hear the history stuff............

I ran out of slings for sale, but have an extra one you can borrow for the weekend. :)

One of the gents, with the bolt-action tuber who made Rifleman, was a member of a gun club near M&Ms. He was supposed to talk to a redhat regarding his club hosting an AS. Did that ever happen?

I have emailed the Juneau County's newspaper about the AS event occurring in a couple of weeks. I am crossing my fingers and hoping they will post it in their community calendar! I also want to thank kilogulf for stepping up and doing some promotions in that area, I do hope it helps get more people to sign up for this event!! But just because kilo has done a great deal of work, this doesn't mean everyone else can slack off! Lets get 7th-stepping, so the line gets filled in August

I already got a response back from the sports reporter that this event will be posted in the Wednesday's paper! That was easy everyone, and I do hope I can get people to step up and do this kind of promo since I am not sure how much time I will have once my baby comes in two months...
