Not sure if this is the correct place to reply or not. Coming from Cheshire/Waterbury area, is the easiest way to drive through Middletown down Rte.66 almost all the way, or to go up through Hartford/Manchester?  Looks like it is about an hour from the house, not too bad!  My 14 year old (and this 42 year old, going on 20) really wants to try this!

Welcome to Appleseed, fprintf! Happy to see you're thinking of attending our Chaplin event!

I'd stick to the major highways (i.e. go up through Hartford/Manchester via 91/84/384) - that early in the morning, there'll be less traffic on the 91/84 interchange and although Route 66 may be less distance by a few miles, it's still a longer drive time wise.

Great to have to you & your son coming.  I concur with CJ - I live near Chaplin and work in the Waterbury area - Rt84 to Rt 384 to Rt 6 is the way to go to the range.

A buddy of mine just signed up, so it should now be SOLD OUT!

With perfect weather in the forecast, this should be an awesome Appleseed.
