Another great year to have a booth at the D-Day Reenactment in Conneaut, Ohio this past weekend. Once again Birdman made perfect arrangements for Project Appleseed to have an information booth set up for all three days.

Thank you to all that assisted with talking to prospective riflemen and riflewomen. Birdman, GMJoe, Staticash, OhioPiper, Aliquippa and Charles McKinley (I hope that I did not forget anyone).

A big thanks to Thaddeus for shipping a really nice box of swag for us to give out. Next year I will know better on how to get it sooner with more prep.

If you have never heard of this event, please look it up online. D-Day Conneaut, OH. This year there were almost 1500 reenactors from around the country and people from all over the globe visit to watch and learn about D-Day and WWII. There were several WWII vets each day that were able to visit once again this year. The event coordinators do a really nice job of accommodating them each year. Remember D-Day was 80 years ago this year. Do the math of how old these veterans are.....

Thursday, we spoke to approximately 275 people and passed out flyers/targets and other swag.
Friday we were pushing 300 people.
Saturday we were well over 300 people before the rainstorms rolled in and put a wet damper on everything.

Please post any pictures that you might have taken.

Hope to see more people at the booth next year.
