This YouTube video is of the presentation "Bullet Riddled Artifacts: Curated Objects of Memory," by Historic Arms & Militaria Expert, Joel Bohy.  In this presentation Mr. Bohy relates research conducted on the bullet holes created on April 19, 1775 and found along Battle Road.  This was recorded November 30, 2021 at the Arlington Historical Society meeting.  The introduction of Mr. Bohy begins at 17:20.

This program reveals a lot of information about the events of April 19, 1775, and confirms many of the details presented at Project Appleseed events in the Three Strikes of the Match and Dangerous Old Men/Women presentations.  It also relates specific information on a DOM I often tell regarding James Hayward, the 25 year old man buried with Issac Davis and Abner Hosmer at the Acton Memorial.

My father didn't serve in WWII.  It wasn't for lack of trying.  He attempted to enlist 3 separate times.  The last time the doctor said he was too short.  He responded that he signed up again because he said he saw a poster that was recruiting short men to be pilots.  The doctor said, "Short, yes.  But this is ridiculous."  In my book, he's still a hero.
