Checked Fergus Falls rifle range this morning.....It is an old gravel pit about 30 meters wide and 200 m long. Berms on 3 sides, however they are in poor condition.
Down range is wet and low land, so having a firing line there would be impossible. IMHO... I do not think they could accomodate an Appleseed event.

I will keep looking in this area. Good news...my sister and husband were given some Appleseed flyers , from me, to post in the Alexandria area. Seems someone beat them to it, as she came across some already posted. ..:..
