2025 Event Schedule

The event schedule for 2025 is up.  We will be needing help so please sign up to work an and all events you can work. 

Also start your 7th stepping early so we can fill the lines

I'm a newbie orange hat and I'm interested in volunteering. Where do I sign up for that?

I'm also not sure if my RWVA membership is current, as it has been a couple years. How can I check my status?

The first thing you'll do is go to the TIPs page from the home page on the forum.

From there, you go to the signup tab at the top and find the event you want to help with.  Then, go through the sign-up process.  It's pretty easy. 

If, for some reason, it won't let you, then I'll have to look into some things and figure out how to get you, you orange-hat status.

It appears your promotion has not yet been posted, hoppNstopp.  Once that happens, you'll have access to sign up as a volunteer.

Recommend you reach out to the SB who awarded your Orange Hat.

I will see about SBing the event at the end of April; there are some possible issues.

• I am an SBiT candidate, but should get the green hat before then
• My mother is supposed to have a procedure sometime around then
• Job dependent
