Please join me in welcoming Linus (Linus55) to the Appleseed cadre!  Linus (and Lee!) has been a staple on our firing lines across NY and the Northeast for the past couple years, traveling far and wide to support our shoots and further our mission.

If you've attended an event in NY over the last few years you've probably shot alongside Linus and can attest to her friendly demeanor, steadfast composure, and her competency as a Rifleman. She is also an NRA Distinguished Expert marksman, a leading member of the Women's League at SaraSpa Rod & Gun Club (along with LadyRimfire), a winner of our 'Morgan's Shingle Cold Bore' challenge (200m RKD), and a certified (DAR) descendent of Samuel Whittemore! 

We are fortune to have Linus stepping up to share her knowledge and experience with her fellow Americans, and we look forward to having her behind the lines with us in NY this season.

Last evening, it occurred to me that when a defender of Liberty is called home, their load lands upon the shoulders of the defenders left behind. Just as the Founders did their duty for Liberty, every subsequent generation must continue their work lest Liberty perish. As there is no way for the remaining adults to take on the work of those that die, we must pass the ideals and duties on to the children. -PHenery
