The article below was written by his daughter Heather and gives some good advice that comes from growing up in a house with an Olympic Champion.

Indeed it is good Spartan. I have the book and the audiobook. I also have "Freedom Flight" and Troy's new book "Attainment" in audiobook format so that I can listen to them on the mp3 player and in the car.
