Project Appleseed

Red Bluff Pistolseed Oct 10-11
What a great event!!
9 students, about half were previous students who brought friends!  The energy with this group was incredible.  They were very encouraging to each other.
The weather was gorgeous, but a bit on the extra windy side on Sunday.
One of my favorite things about teaching Appleseed events is watching brand new to shooting students pick up the information we are teaching them and put it to work.  We had 2 brand new to any type of shooting students and they did an amazing job.
Those who had been shooting for a while learned new things and changed a few habits.
Sunday, we got to use the special October PQT targets.  They are very nice!!!
We ended up with 4 Pistoleers getting the very pretty full color Pistoleer patch!!
John repeated his previous pistol score with a 218.
Priya, one of the brand-new to any shooting, scored a 210!!  (Yes, she received the waters of the North Bridge)
David held out to the very end with for a 219!
Tim (one of our instructors) posted a nice 215!
I hope to see you all out again!
Thank you to everyone for helping both set up and tear down/clean up.  Extra help make the job go much quicker.
Thank you to my instructors, you were awesome as always!!

Here are a few pictures from the weekend.
