Project Appleseed

Saturday was the perfect weather for shooting. We had 11 shooters on the different ability levels. Everyone was attentive and excited to learn. There were some strong starts with 3 cleared red coats by end of day and 2 riflemen requalifying, one with a distinguished score of 241. Sunday proved that sleep helps to retain the information as scores began to rise. Despite a rainy start, one shooter improved by over 80 points ending at a 163! We also had 4 brand new rifleman, one attending Appleseed for the first time, and another red coat cleared. Overall a fabulous weekend for all.
