We had a good telling of the 3 strikes at the St. Paul's Masonic Lodge in Litchfield, Ct. I was invited by a friend and lodge member for the occasion and planning started with several folks involved.

The town of Litchfield stepped up a lot to promote the 250th anniversary and St. Paul's Lodge volunteered to offer assistance in that area.

The lodge was chartered in 1781 and has some significant history itself in town. One of the signing members of their charter was none other than Paul Revere!

The story went well, several folks attending. I brought some flags and a member brought a Charleville musket and bayonet along with a sword from the period. The lodge did a great job in promoting the event and had ample seating plus refreshments available during a short break. A big thank you goes out to St. Paul's for hosting the event.

The attendees were generally an older audience and four of them had attended an Appleseed in the past, which was good to hear.

It had been awhile and it was good to be out telling the story again.

 A Rifleman persists.
