Project Appleseed

Maryland Team,
We have had a great start to the year and thought it would be helpful to provide an update as we exit before we enter Patriot's Month.

3 events under our belt (one was cancelled due to Winter Weather range closure). Our year-to-date utilization is 84% with 2 out of 3 events sold-out - Huzzah!

Q2 Goals:

• Our event next week in Bowie is also sold out but our April events in Thurmont and Annapolis could use more sign-ups. Would be good to make a push on social media with our special shirts, patches, etc. 
• Our pistol events could use more instructors (Thurmont has kniwolf alone in a couple weeks) and more students (we are trailing sign-ups from last year). I know the new manual is not approved yet, but when it is we should probably blitz marketing so that past students feel they should come back and learn from the new instruction and drills.
• May events need to be pushed for sign-ups - especially Federalsburg. For AAFG, can we find another group (Leadership Institute? Check with BrotherPilot; Boy Scouts?) that can fill the line for the May 2-day? Also surprised that the first RKD in AGC is not sold-out. Let's find students for that one
