Hello instructors and Applecore volunteers

The Michigan IBC is on the schedule!

Dates: March 14 - 15, 2026

Location: Lapeer County Sportmen's Club
1213 N Lake George Rd, Attica, MI 48412

Time: Saturday 8-5
Sunday: 8-3

Cost: $40 per attendee (covers Saturday B/L/D & Sunday B/L)

Club will be open starting Friday evening at 6 PM.  Drive through the gates and park at the archery building.  It's the largest building.

We are sleeping on-site.  Either in the archery building, or if you prefer, outdoor camping. There are showers in the pistol building - they should be available.

What to bring: a comfortable chair, any non-standard foods if you have special dietary requirements, pen, pad, money, white board/markers, sleeping accoutrements, and your Orange, Red, Blue, or Silver hat.

What all attendees need to do:
Sign up as a student - Registration is done through TIPS under the red heading, "Register for an IBC or a Zoom Class."

Overall theme: Let's do instructor development things we typically do at an Appleseed

Everyone should be preparing by watching the Academy Videos for the various POIs.

We will also be practicing the history, public speaking in general, and your "elevator speech."

If for some reason you can only attend one day please try to make it on Saturday the 14th as we will cover the bulk of our breakout sessions on that day.
