Little Mo was a fixture on the NY circuit for years. He leaves behind The Mrs.  Together they were very dedicated red hats.  They had an amazing wedding.

Mrs. in Schenectady NY way back when
there were 3 "Mark" instructors in
Eastern upstate: ADOM (Anspacher),
Madmark (Dupper [me], and the third
Mark whose name I forget....
Retired now w. health deteriorating,
but am still Red Hat who designed the

Was the third Mark "Stick Mark"? Last I heard he was recovering from surgery.
