Well, that was an interesting weekend and no mistake.
First off, a huge huzzah to all those who came out, many for the first time, to pick up a rifle and hear the story.

We got some exciting weather (flash rainstorm of really incredible intensity Sat. Afternoon, and a hot sunny day Sunday, but we adapted, we overcame, and we managed to get a fair number of AQTs in while still giving all our shooters who were able to group the chance to push themselves out at 100 yards.

Well done to all our new riflemen, pictures should be showing up below soon.

Thanks for a great weekend at a great range.

Hasty Sling

I see that one shooter used a CZ 457 Lux for this shoot. How did they do? Would love to hear from the shooter (via DM, if you'd like) or an instructor on this thread. Recently I've been shooting my own 457 Lux to AS standards - Redcoats, AQT targets, 1" dots, and 2" dots (this last one at 50 yds). It's been a blast so far. Planning on taking this rifle to an AS next year. Much appreciated!
