Fellow North Carolinians: We have the honor of hosting a Rifleman's Boot Camp at the Appleseed home range in Ramseur October 19-24. An RBC is an unforgettable five days of rifle and pistol instruction, known distance shooting, history, and camaraderie! You can register for your tickets here. Onsite camping is included.

I had the pleasure of visiting Ramseur during the boot camp in April this year with my daughters. When they saw the families camping, cooking, shooting on two different ranges, and generally having a grand time one said to me, "It's like Coachella for Appleseed!"

Regular priced tickets for the entire week of awesomeness are just $165 for adults and $65 for kids under 18 years old. As if that wasn't enough of an incredible value, remember that RWVA members get a 35% discount on your Appleseed event ticket. If you invest in that membership it brings the adult ticket for the boot camp down to $107 and a youth ticket to $42. There are also discounts for active law enforcement and military active duty, reserves, and national guard.

If you can carve some time out of your schedule to join in, this is your push to do it! And please pass the word on about this event to someone in your life who would enjoy it. Send me a DM or email me at NC@appleseedinfo.org if you have any questions.

"Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and it never will. Find out just what any people will quietly submit to and you have found out the exact measure of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them, and these will continue till they are resisted with either words or blows, or with both. The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress."       --Frederick Douglass
