Hey Texas Cadre,

Please help celebrate Gus's achievement to Full Instructor by wishing him well in this thread.  Mike (Gus) has been diligently chipping away at his IIT PCs and advancing at every opportunity.  His main occupation has him doing a fair bit of travel up to Alaska on a regular basis, but he and his family have settled in the Hondo, TX area for their home base.  As such, Gus will be helping out with the San Antonio, TX cadre quite a bit, but he said he doesn't mind helping out if there is a huge need elsewhere.  He is an excellent Instructor and one hell of a shot!!!!  Thank you so much Gus for sticking it out and getting your Red Hat!!!  Way to go sir!
