Project Appleseed

Another Pistol Clinic at Top Gun Memphis! We had a couple of returning shooters aa well as those attending their first Appleseed Pistol Clinic. A huge thank you to Top Gun Memphis for hosting this event! TigerDriver sets up the events and shooters keep coming out to shoot and hear a little about liberty.

TigerDriver got us on the range and checked in the shooters and Old Navy Doc started the program with safety. We got busy shooting and working on fundamentals. We had our lunch break in the classroom and shared some stories from the founding of our Nation.  After lunch we looked at transitions, malfunctions and shooting with one hand before taking a run at the Pistol Qualification Test. Everyone stayed focused and showed improvement. We had three shooters make a qualifying score; great job! The top score of the day was TigerDriver with an impressive 240!

Thanks for allowing me to participate in this great event. The students were a pleasure to be with and they did GREAT! The facilities were amazing and Captain's instruction is spot on. I strongly recommend signing up for this.
