Project Appleseed

We couldn't have ordered up a better weekend. The weather was ideal for late October. Light jackets in the morning short sleeves by the afternoon. We were a mix of about half youth shooters. Most of them are members of their local 4H shooting sports team. Shooters were actively participating in instruction. There were some very good questions asked. We had a very experienced crew to work the shoot, we averaged 10+ years as instructors. It is usually sad to see the Oct shoot end as it is usually our last shoot for the year. The instructors were proud of the progress the shooters made. There was lots of laughing, some tears, yet the smiles won the day.
