12 shooters attended the event Saturday and 11 on Sunday, most if not all arrived early on Saturday and Sunday to help with range setup. Myself and the team very much appreciated the help as there is a lot to setup these days. The term "many hands make light work" definitely applied here. The weather was just about perfect both days, temperatures were predicted in the mid 80's but stayed in the 70's which was welcome for the first weekend in June. We had 1 new Rifleman "Donny also took the Orange hat" and 1 repeat Rifleman that shot Rifleman scores on every AQT on Sunday. There were vast improvements in most everyones shooting skill over the weekend. I want to thank the entire group for the help with setup and tear down, it makes a huge difference.   Many expressed they would be back for more instruction and would spead the word about the program. Thank You. Norm
A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to the mind. Games played with the ball, and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind. Let your gun therefore be your constant companion of your walks.

Dittos to what Norm said.   We had a smooth running productive event on a beautiful SoCal weekend.  Our students showed spectacular improvement over the weekend and they enthusiastically received our history discussions.  Thanks to everyone for making this event a success.

What a wonderful event: Therese and I miss you guys, and we're so happy to see that Southern California is still going strong.

"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen."
Samuel Adams, September 1722 -- October, 1803
